Russian President Vladimir Putin attends a meeting of the Council for Science and Education
Vladimir Putin speaks at a meeting of the Council for Science and Education made a proposal to extend the moratorium on transactions related to the assets of the Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In addition, the Russian president proposed to postpone the conclusion of the scientific institutions of Fano for the same period.
Putin instructed the Fano monitor the safety of property and resources of the RAS that they remain available to academics.
