In Britain, the center opened on the cultivation and preservation of the rarest species of cocoa trees . British scientists have decided to withdraw by breeding rare breed cocoa trees that are resistant to changing climate, disease and able to grow in the northern latitudes.

Now the whole process of making chocolate will be concentrated in the city of Reading. There built a unique greenhouse, which collected about 400 varieties of cocoa trees.

Earlier this project could not be implemented due to lack of funds.

Note that now the main growing regions ” chocolate trees “are sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and South America.
