Home Solar Impulse 2: through the fog to the sun

Round the World flight aircraft Solar began in Abu Dhabi. Aircraft Solar Impulse-2, piloted by two Swiss pilots alternately flying around the Earth in the next five months.

Of Oman plane go to India, then – in China, across the Pacific to the United States, and then – to Europe. Journey should end in the UAE.

The aircraft has 17,000 solar cells and batteries that are charged by batteries for flight at night.
