“We have repeatedly returned to the issue of the development of our high-tech industries, but there is not only a problem of financial security, there’s a question of resource support. Available mind providing the necessary materials and raw materials. And oddly enough, here we are also faced with certain issues that require careful consideration and problems that require solutions, “- said Vladimir Putin.
“We have agreed with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development funds in support of this program. It allows you to create and build an entire industry that provides the supply of rare earth metals for high-tech industries such as aviation, space, nuclear industry, electronics, which today almost 100% dependent on imported materials, “- said the Minister of Industry and Trade Minister Denis MANTUROV.
To do this, the state program stands out almost 145 billion rubles. 122 billion – investors’ money, that is not a big burden on the budget. Already in 2014, will begin development of the field in Yakutia Tomtor, one of the largest in the world. In the production chain will include deposits and processing plants in the European part of Russia – Karelia, as well as in the Urals and Siberia.
