BUENOS AIRES, Nov. 3 – RIA Novosti, Oleg Vyazmitinov. Cuban authorities have banned the individuals organizing halls of computer games and 3D-cinema, the corresponding order Council of Ministers published on Saturday in the local press.
The text of the document, the organization of theater owners, including those using the technology 3D, and gaming halls “never allowed” to local law.
In public cinemas 3D technology is not used due to lack of funds for the conversion of halls. Against this background, small entrepreneurs – mainly in the capital – have started to open mini-cinemas in private homes, getting a license to provide entertainment services for children, or for the organization of a restaurant or cafe.
In the same order of the Council of Ministers of the country banned the sale of imported goods – mostly clothing and household items – entrepreneurs who have received a license tailors, or permits the production of household goods. On the introduction of the ban say the authorities began in September of this year, cautioned against “speculation imported goods.” In a medium entrepreneurs this statement has caused a great resonance – the sellers claimed that the government did not prevent such activities for two years. In this regard, the Council of Ministers decided that the ban will come into force at the beginning of the new year, which will allow entrepreneurs to sell available goods.
In the published decision of the Council of Ministers noted that the measures are necessary “to fight against impunity, the rule of law and the protection of persons engaged in individual labor.” The authorities emphasize that the decisions taken “not in the least mean a step back” and are “forward step in the mainstreaming of the Cuban economic model”.
