“The point of all this work is that if we go to significant or even additional amendments, and I am sure that this will happen, we will refund bill from the third to the second reading , accept these amendments, and only then take a final decision on the bill, “- said Naryshkin reporters on Monday.

Naryshkin confirmed that the final decision on the draft State Duma will fall.
“Once, unexpectedly for us, last Friday the State Duma introduced a bill, we are without a break, almost around the clock, working with the bill,” – said Naryshkin.
He said on Thursday that it would hold a meeting with the leaders of the three academies, and next week will hold a meeting of the “open platform” on the topic.
