new bill banning site visits to 18 contexts and approved by officials from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, is designed to improve performance and psychological state of all students, starting with students 1 – x and ending 11 students – classes.
all students restrict access to malicious web – sites containing context with hints of violence, magic, games, excitement, finished homework, essays, crime, paid SMS – services and other influential items that impact on the psyche and development children.
known that the total number of banned context consists of 18 items that experts from the Ministry of Education of Russia as malicious.
According to preliminary information
bill must run in all Russian schools until the end of February 2014.
Also note that due to the limitation on site visits schoolchildren with school computers – all the responsibility for complying with the law will be put on the actions of the administration of the school.
