Wounded Russian vice-consul in Panama is on the mend - BBC

Vice Consul Eugene Manilow, was stabbed by a resident of Ukraine Alexey Lisovenko, “confidence is on the mend” after undergoing surgery, reports ITAR-TASS with reference to the employees of the Russian Embassy in Panama.

In turn, the staff of the National Hospital in Panama, where the vice-consul, reported that “the patient experienced no complications, and he receives all necessary medical care.” Currently Manilow is still in intensive care.
