One of the most enigmatic planets of the solar system, Pluto, step by step reveals its secrets. NASA space probe “New Horizons” (New Horizons) sent to Earth the first color photographs of Pluto. It was found that the surface of the “dwarf planet” is a reddish-brown color, resembling that of Mars.
Scientists have dubbed Pluto “wonderland” for scientists.

On the basis of already obtained data, scientists discovered Pluto on the movement of glaciers. Earlier, it was observed only geologically active planets – Earth and Mars. Also, the probe photographed the ice mountain height of 3.5 km. In the atmosphere of Pluto is likely to include organic substances such as nitrogen and methane.
The unit “New Horizons” heading in the “dwarf planet” for nearly 10 years. A week ago, he came to Pluto as close as possible – 12 500 km.
