Social network LinkedIn is accused of stealing the Internet addresses of clients - TVNZ

District Court in San Jose to consider in the near future, a group of Americans claim to the largest social network to find and establish business contacts LinkedIn. The paper argues that the defendant without the consent of the customers took advantage of the e-mail address or, simply put, had stolen them.

The lawsuit contains examples of unauthorized use of addresses of users. On behalf of one of its clients without the knowledge or permission of LinkedIn, for example, sent out more than 3 thousand invitations to become users of the social network.

plaintiffs demand that the judge made LinkedIn abandon such actions in the future and to return all money received as a result of the misuse of their addresses and personal data.

When you register on the site LinkedIn is required to report the Internet address, the names and other personal information.

said spokesman Doug LinkedIn Mady, who leads the San Francisco Chronicle, the company denies the allegations against him and is confident of eventual victory.
