As for checking the content of the correspondence, it will be only upon formal request from law enforcement agencies. However, this is not true for all categories of Russians. So, the rules make it impossible to check the Resolution of individuals and entities outside of Russia.
The period of inspection may not exceed 30 working days. If necessary, this period may be extended for another 20 days. But shall not exceed 60 days.
According to the results of inspection report compiled by the Office, will be posted on the official resource Roskomnadzora no later than 5 days after the approval of the act.
