According to him, currently the majority of industrial and transport facilities operate thanks to the electronics, which in many cases can be easily hacked. In particular, it is possible to seize control of the vehicle or its individual functions, entering the operating system, and thus create an accident.
Therefore, “Kaspersky Lab” was engaged in security and is actively collaborating with companies that develop software for a variety of automakers. For example, an agreement was signed with the German company SYSGO, which is created not only for cars, but also for aviation and industrial automation. At the same time, with domestic manufacturers, “Kaspersky Lab” in this direction is not working.
