The project to create space rocket complex returned to the first stage of the project submitted by the Federal Space Program 2016-2025 – its creation is to be completed by 2030 follows from the presentation of the project FCP submitted by the Russian Space Agency reporters on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the newspaper “Izvestia” reported that Roskosmos will not build a rocket from recycled step : development of the complex has been excluded from the draft Federal Space Program (FCP) 2016-2025 years.
According to the document, at the disposal of RIA Novosti, the work on the CBC to return the first stage of the launch vehicle during the previous edition of the French Communist Party, whose budget was calculated at about 2 trillion rubles, was to begin in 2020 and be completed in 2025.
Due to the difficult economic situation in the world and in particular the depreciation of the ruble, the PCF budget cut to 1.4 trillion rubles. Accordingly, the timing of work on the CBC moved to 5 years: the beginning of works is planned for 2025, and their completion in 2030, the document said.
Speaking to reporters, the head of Roscosmos, Igor Komarov said that Russia definitely implement a similar project but at the moment launch rocket returned to the stage uneconomical.
