Hydrazine is used as a fuel for engines, “Frigate” freezes at about minus 60 degrees Celsius.

 
 

The experts made it clear that the substance could freeze due to the fact that it was taken by a total block to a line for supplying the helium tank pressurization system sustainer propulsion system.
