The famous biologist Chornobyl Center, responsible for nuclear safety, radioactive waste and radioecology Gashchak Sergey said in an interview that the taking of evidence in the form of photos in an area where brown bears have long gone can be considered a real discovery for Ukraine they can be safely considered unique in its kind. In this case, the main factor in the restoration of wildlife and nature around the place where some thirty years ago there was a nuclear accident – it’s natural lack of people.
Gashchak Sergey noted that despite the existing Chernobyl radiation there appear unique in its kind species of birds and animals. An increasing number of deer, lynx, moose, wolves and wild boar and even Przewalski horses, which were, as we know, there is still delivered in the nineties. As can be seen in photographs of rare black storks, which even included in the Red Book.
