Command of the Armed Forces, considering the changed circumstances in Syria has decided to expand the humanitarian relief operation for the peaceful Syrian population, as chief of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff, Lieutenant-General Sergey Rudskoy said at a special briefing at the Defense Ministry on Friday.
