 During the week, the UK government decides to question the legitimacy of the growing human organs in animals – mainly sheep and pigs. According to the British Ministry of Internal Affairs, the benefits outweigh the risks of this method.

 Human organs will be grown for medical purposes. Animals scheduled to implant embryos that contain both animal and human DNA. The new technique can almost immediately solve the problem of shortage of donor hearts, liver and kidneys.

Animal experiments in which to grow human organs is already underway in the United States for research purposes. Animal rights groups have criticized these experiments, writes The Telegraph.

 And it’s not just the fact that sheep and pigs will suffer. Some experts believe that received human DNA animals will mutate in the direction of the development of intelligence, which raises serious concerns.

The problem of organ transplantation has escalated in recent years in the UK. Under domestic law, the relatives of the deceased person may prohibit the use of his organs for transplantation even if it is allowed before.

In addition, doctors are increasingly faced with the increased number of low-quality organs for transplantation. Experts attribute this to the aging population and the growing population of overweight.
