Russian cosmonauts will work more than 6 hours in open space – Popular Mechanics

The main objectives of the output:
– Running NS-1 nanosatellite designed for testing and refinement of the underlying platform and basic electronic devices nanoklassa modules on space education program “Radioskaf” (OAO Rocket and Space Corporation “Energia”. C . Korolyov.).

ISS-40/41 Alexander Skvortsov and Oleg Artemyev to be done on the outside of the station about 6 hours 16 minutes. This is the second output Skvortsov and Artemyev EVA during the expedition. Other crew members – cosmonaut Maxim Suraev Roscosmos, astronauts Steven Swanson, Reid Wiseman (NASA) and Alexander Gerst (ESA) will provide support of their release on board the station.
