Now the structure of Kapustin Yar, there are four basic scientific research and testing units for testing in the interests of the Ground Forces, Navy, Air Force Strategic Missile Forces and EKO, as well as a research unit of mathematical data processing and information exchange.
In April representative of the Strategic Missile Forces reported that the species Kapustin Yar from this year will be used for the test, including robotic systems. In July, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that Russia is preparing for mass production of robotic systems for military use and equip their forces.
