Food for astronauts on the ISS are stuck at the Russian customs – Mirror of the Week

The load of food intended to be sent to the ISS on February 17 the ship “Progress M 26M “stuck in customs. This was reported by the publication “Interfax” a source in the space industry.

Presumably, the goods detained by customs because of Russia imposed restrictions on the supply of some products from the EU and the US. According to the source, were made all the necessary inquiries for rapid passage of goods, but so far no response officials.

Now the station has six ISS astronauts: three Russian, two Americans and Italian.

January 6, specialists from NASA tried to launch a spacecraft company SpaceX Dragon with cargo for the ISS, but for technical reasons launch was postponed.
