American scientists have discovered eight planets that are very similar to Earth, they have atmosphere and water and scientists believe that as well on these planets there is some kind of organic life. By the size of the detected planets is about twice the size of our Earth.
Researchers of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, which is located in the United States as a result of the studies found eight planets that are in many ways very similar to our planet. Scientists believe that the planet has an atmosphere, oceans filled with water, and on thi s basis must be some kind of organic life.
However, according to scientists, only three of the eight planets are close enough to the star in its galaxy. But one of the detected planets have very similar to the earth’s surface mountainous, but its climate is warmer than we have in the world.
The discovered planet is about twice the size of our Earth and according to astrophysicists are covered with rocks and these planets are no sudden changes in temperature and climate constantly stable.
However, scientists at the moment can not say with certainty whether the once life on these planets and whether there is now some kind of organic life on these planets. However, according to astrophysicists all eight planets are considered as potential habitats of living beings.
During the annual meeting of the American Astronomical Society in Washington researchers of the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics reported the results of their research.
