Roscosmos found guilty of disrupting the supply of the new module to the ISS (International Space Station). This decision came to the Moscow Arbitration Court, the newspaper “Izvestia».
In February 2015, the Federal Space Agency sued the Rocket and Space Corporation “Energia”, which accused the latter of disrupting the planned works on manufacturing research and energy Module (NEM) for the ISS.
Having studied the case materials, the Russian court came to the conclusion that the fault is not a corporation “Energy” and the Federal Space Agency, which has made the wrong terms of reference (TOR) for the development of BEP.
Space Agency, as the court found, had to be TK not separate NEM, and NEM for a bunch of missiles and outputting it. The amount of the penalty, demanded by the Federal Space Agency of the Energy Corporation, is 67.5 million rubles.
The competition for the production of BEP declared Roscosmos, in 2013 won the “Energy”. The contract value amounted to 15.15 billion rubles. The delay of the implementation of the training program BEP amounted to two years.
