Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree at which awards government in the field of education in 2015. The corresponding document was published on the site of the Russian government.

Also Prize awarded for training for innovative sectors of the economy, oil and gas , quality control, standardization and metrology, the creation of textbooks for the education system of modern physics, the theory of state and law, foreign languages.

According to the reference to the decree, including the award winners one academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 23 doctors of science 15 PhDs, 21, professor, 11 associate professors, 6 heads of educational and scientific organizations.
