Three groups of universities, which receive subsidies. In 2013, state support was provided to 15 universities (the total amount of subsidies from the federal budget amounted to 8.7 billion rubles) in 2014 and in 2015 – 14 universities (total subsidies – 10.15 billion rubles , 10.14 billion rubles, respectively).
