Scientists have calculated the average sleep duration throughout the world – media news portal 24smi.org

The American scientists have calculated the average length of sleep in all regions of the world. University of Michigan experts conducted a large-scale study using modern technology to calculate the sleep time. In Europe, the most inveterate fans of sleep were the Dutch, who sleep at least 8 hours and 12 minutes daily.
 

Exactly 8:00 sleep residents of France. Residents of Japan are resting in bed an average of 7 hours and 24 minutes. Interestingly, men sleep less than half an hour, and as an adult at all save in the night vacation.
 

According to Planet Today, additional factors affect the duration of sleep. For example, in some countries it adopted tight dinner, and in the other disk of the sun sets late in the evening – all this affects the quality and duration of sleep.
