MOSCOW, November 17 – RIA Novosti. The upper stage “Fregat” with the latest satellite designed for the Russian Ministry of Defense, State, separated from the third stage of the carrier rocket “Soyuz-2.1b” and continues to bring the device into the target orbit, RIA Novosti reported in the military.
The rocket “Soyuz-2.1b” satellite of a new generation, created for the benefit of the Defense Ministry, the characteristics and purpose of which were not disclosed by the Office, kicked off on Tuesday in 9.34 MSK from the Russian Plesetsk cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region. Preparation and start-up have been nominally under the control of the commander of the Space Forces, Lieutenant-General Alexander Golovko.
“Withdrawal of the spacecraft into the proper orbit upper stage” Fregat “will take a few hours,” – noted in the Ministry of Defense.
