Roskomnadzor can check the Internet companies that are registered as the organizers of the dissemination of information: email services, social networks, instant messengers, reports «News» .

On this, as noted Edition, according to a draft Administrative regulation of Roskomnadzor functions of control over the activities of the organizers of the dissemination of information on the Internet.

The supervisory authority will be able to wonder whether the companies keep the information on the facts of the reception, transmission, delivery of voice information, written text, images, and sounds. Inspectors also become familiar with the list of registered users of the service.

The intention to conduct an audit Roskomnadzor will have to inform the Internet company 24 hours – except when authorized body, the initiator checks believes that it is necessary to carry out unannounced .
