MSU took 196 th place in the ranking of the top 200 best universities in the world – Information Portal 2×2.su

According to the expert committee at the Moscow State University the best things are going to profit from academic research and international programs

Moscow State University im. MV University found himself in the leading universities of the world. List of the top 200 best universities of the planet was the British magazine Times Higher Education.

Prior to the three leaders, which included the California Institute of Technology, Harvard and Oxford Universities, MSU is still far. Russian university ranked only 196 in the list, says Forbes.

Each of the universities was evaluated by five factors: the presence of foreign students and techniques, academic income, quality of teaching, citation.

According to the British commission of experts, the best in MSU things with the profits from academic research and the use of international programs, writes «Kommersant».

In general, the highest ratings went mainly American and British universities. Also on the list is occupied by a large part of the French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Australian universities.

By the way, the Moscow State University in the summer of 2014 took third place in the ranking of the best universities of five countries – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
