Flight Russian cosmonauts to the moon and landing planned for 2029 – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, October 27 – RIA Novosti. Flight Russian cosmonauts and the landing on the moon is planned for 2029, said the head of RKK “Energy” Vladimir Solntsev.

“2029 – manned flight to the moon and landing on it” – said the sun during Tuesday’s conference on space technologies in Moscow.

Solntsev noted that in 2021 planned to start operations in a new spaceship made with the use of composite materials and designed for missions to the Moon, in 2023 – the launch and docking of the ship to the ISS, for 2025 is planned autonomous flight to the moon and development of technology of sending astronauts to it.
