“The estimated time the spacecraft was launched into the target orbit at 21:25 MSK and adopted by management,” – said Zenin.

The launch of “Soyuz-2.1b” was originally scheduled for June 5, however, because of the accident of “progress” and the subsequent investigation, delayed.
