Exercising in a very specific time interval after school mental work is the best way of remembering. It is best to start exercising after four hours of mental work.
In their work, scientists observed the effect of long-term memory has recently received information. The study involved 72 people who were asked for 40 minutes to remember in photographs submitted information on 90 locations.
The subjects were divided into three groups. The first exercise performed immediately, the second – four hours later. The third did not perform physical exercises. Physical exercise lasted 35 minutes and consisted of interval exercise on a stationary bike (with load up to 80 percent of maximum heart rate).

Two days later, scientists conducted tests to find out about the extent of the participants recall information. Best coped with the problem of the second group of participants. They scientists some time later also found activity in the hippocampus.
Experts do not know the reasons depending on the detected them. However, as noted by physicians, early laboratory studies of animals suggest that the body’s natural chemical compounds (dopamine and norepinephrine) may improve memory consolidation.
