The researchers found that the purity of the workplace leads to a more productive activities. The work is published in the journal Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine.

Scientists from the University of Florida conducted an experiment, which was attended by 4963 people aged 32 to 84 years (47% men and 53% women). Researchers using simple tests checked episodic memory of participants and their ability to perform tasks and make quick decisions. For example, researchers asked people to count from 1 to 100 in the reverse order to read fluently, or call the animals, which the participants could recall in 60 seconds.

Workspace assessed by indicators such as noise, light, the presence of dirt dust and the degree of clutter workplace.

it was found that participants who these figures were normal, coped with the tests better than other people who have jobs are kept in poorer conditions.

researchers are advised to keep the workplace in order, as this can significantly affect the success of the work.
