Created by students ETH Zurich and the University school of applied Sciences Lucerne electric managed in record quick time to accelerate from zero to hundred kilometers per hour. On this he took just 1,513 seconds, for which the electric vehicle called Grimsel overcame nearly 30 meters.

Regaining the championship, Grimsel managed much more confident to surpass the result of “competitors” with a score of only slightly greater than one and a half seconds.
Through the use of materiadov of carbon fiber in the manufacture of body weight Grimsel is only around 168 kilograms. Wheels car untwist engines with a capacity of 200 horsepower, reaching a torque of 1700 Newton meters. The record was set on the runway airbase Dubendorf, located not far from Zurich.
The fastest of electric vehicles available today, issued in series production on the acceleration to 100 kilometers per hour is required for more than two seconds.
