The state corporation “Roscosmos” intends to lease its satellite “Luch 5A” broadcasters – Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting network “(RTRS). According to a source of “Izvestia” in “Roskosmos”, “Luch 5A” RTRS will be put for one year – in MKSR “Ray” during this time will be used sporadically, that is, in times of missile launches. At this time the broadcast of any content through the “Luch 5A” is impossible. A year later, the system “Ray” will begin to be used for the organization of clock Broadband with the Russian segment of the ISS, and then contract with the RTRS will stop.
