The new space crew with the call sign “Boatmen” went on board the ISS – TASS

MOSCOW, 19 March. / TASS /. The crew of the spaceship “Soyuz TMA-20M”, just over an hour ago, docked to the International Space Station (ISS), opened the passageways and went to the station, reported on Saturday TASS in the Mission Control Center (MCC).

Launch vehicle “Soyuz-FG” with the spacecraft “TMA-20M Soyuz” was launched from the platform number 1 so called Gagarin’s start the Baikonur Cosmodrome (Kazakhstan) on March 19 to 00 : 26 MSK. After six hours, the ship docked to a small research module “Search”.

The captain Ovchinin took the call sign “Burlak”, explaining that it comes from Rybinsk, which previously was considered a kind of capital of the boatmen.
