Samara University rose in ranking QS EECA more than 30 products – Mail.Ru

Samara, June 14 – AIF Samara Samara National Research University named after Academician SP Korolev (until May 2016 – Samara State Aerospace University). Ranked among the 110 best universities in the developing countries of Europe and Central Asia in the international rating QS UniversityRankings: EmergingEuropeandCentralAsia (QS EECA), according to the government of the Samara region

Samara national Research University rose to 141-150 lines QS EECA rating of more than 30 products.. The sharp rise of the Samara National Research University in one of the most authoritative world rankings is explained by two factors. First the participation of the university in the federal program for increasing the competitiveness of the leading Russian universities “5-100″ and second – growth of well-known universities in the world arena, thanks to the increase in the number of international events and visits by foreign experts, professors, scientists.

The completion of the integration process conducted by researchers from two universities joint research, the transformation of university faculties in institutions and the establishment of strategic academic units will allow the Samara national research university to take the next step to improve their position in the world rankings.
