Engineers scrutinize living things to create robots, repeating structure of the natural prototype
In the US, scientists have mastered the management of live cockroaches using robotics. Professor, University of Texas Hong Liang told RT, as they were able to achieve such impressive results.
«It took us a long time to figure out how to best work with cockroaches, how to make them obey. They bore the long such “backpacks”. Now, when in the course of the experiment, we send them signals that they really performed by our team, with over a considerable length of time. According to her, engineers are developing larger systems – large robots. “We are also interested in being smaller.
