At the time of publication the position of the employee in the ad was labeled as “the programmer with the skills to bypass computer security”. But in the morning the position was designated differently: “a programmer with the skills to bypass computer security, hacker”.

the Word “hacker” really disappeared from the title of the vacancy, but the cause of blacksmiths found it difficult to name: “It could do as our experts and employees of Roskomnadzor”.

From the job description it follows that a potential employee of Roskomnadzor will have to search for and retrieve materials in off-site computers and computer networks, possess the skills to protect the server IDS DOS-prevent information leaks, block unauthorized access, and to develop protective programs.

“a programmer with the skills to bypass computer security” should be higher education and experience more than five years, including in the field of information security, said in the announcement. In particular, the programmer must have a so-called skills white hat, i.e. a search for vulnerabilities in the security system, but “experience black hat [that is hacking systems for the purpose of illegal obtaining the data], is welcome.”
